How to register for the conference Statistics: Investment in the Future 2
Potential participants are requested to register in advance by filling the Registration Form according to the rules mentioned below.
- Complete one Form for each participant attending the Conference.
- Only forms that have been properly filled in will be accepted.
You can register:
- Please note that the registration procedure has 2 steps: first fill in your Personal data form then continue with Registration form, choose the fee, term of payment and finish the form. After submitting the filled form you will be provided with the Letter of Confirmation and the button for "online payment" will be available.
- Kindly note that payment through the online system is only available after the Letter of Confirmation is issued. The Letter of Confirmation will be issued within 1-3 days.

Conditions
Early registration fee will only be accepted if the Registration Form and payment are received by the Congress Secretariat by June 30, 2009 at the latest.

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. The appropriate refunds will be made available after the Conference. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 10 EUR for any name change in the registration.

A copy of the bank transfer must be sent together with the Registration Form.
Certified/guaranteed payment checks:
Please make the bank check in EUR payable to Guarant Ltd., clearly state the name(s) of the participant(s), and enclose the completed registration forms. The Conference Secretariat regrets that it is unable to accept personal checks or postal orders.
Credit card:
Please enter the credit card number and expiry date in the appropriate space on the registration form. Please note that only MasterCard/ Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted. Together with your registration form, please send us a copy of both sides of your credit card to our fax No.: +420 284 001 448.
According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency - Czech crowns (CZK) by using the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment.
