Project „Energeticky úsporný projekt renovace administrativní budovy Krajské správy ČSÚ v Brně“, Reg. No. CZ.05.5.11/0.0/0.0/19_135/0011741, is realized in the building of the Czech Statistical Office Regional Administration in Brno (hereafter only „CZSO“), Jezuitská 642/2, 602 00 Brno-střed. The reasons for starting the project is the inadequate technological equipment of the building with elementary deficiencies in the field of economically effective operation of the technical equipment of the building. The condition of the window coverings, or roof surfaces, is inconvenient and it appears very uneconomical in relation to the current energy saving trend.

The subject of the project is the modernization of the energy management through the reconstruction of the building's technological systems, then the reconstruction window fillings and insulation of underroof spaces. The project is realised by EPC method.[1]

The aim of the project is to fulfill the significant potential of energy savings, consisting in the reconstruction of the of the building's technological equipment with the optimization of their performance and efficiency. Relevant potential for energy savings is also found in the reconstruction of the building opening fillings, with the respect to the requirements of historic preservation authorities, as well as in the regulation of heat / cold sources, modernization of lighting, installation of a forced ventilation system with heat recovery and in the optimalization (eventually complete modernization) the operation of the building's technical equipment.

In total of eligible expenses, 50 % of the support is expected from the environmental operational program, another 45 % from the resources of program Nová zelená úsporám and 5% bonus for implementation using the EPC method.
