• EU Member States provide the Commission (Eurostat) with reports on the quality of data transmitted on the base of Article 12 – Statistical quality of the Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 on European statistics (which was amended by Regulation (EU) No 2015/759).

  Specific requirements regarding business register and business demography statistics, including quality requirements, are laid down in Regulation (EU) 2019/2152  on European business statistics.

  Business register (RES) is administrated by Czech Statistical Office on the legal base defined in the Act No. 89/1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service RES quality report is available in both Czech and English languages and updated regularly each year.
